1. Website and order terms
These Terms describe the conditions for using the XO Labs USA storefront and purchasing research products. Read them before placing an order. If you do not agree, do not place an order.
The checkout acknowledgment records the Terms version and text accepted for that order. Later changes to this page do not replace the copy recorded with your order.
2. Research use restrictions
Research products are for laboratory and in-vitro research use only. They are not for human consumption, human or veterinary use, or personal use. They are not offered as medicines, food, cosmetics, or dietary supplements.
Product descriptions, size variants, and analytical documents are not dosage, administration, or treatment instructions. A Certificate of Analysis describes only the testing shown on that document and is not a guarantee about other products or lots.
3. Age, authority, and purchaser review
You must be at least 21 years old and authorized to purchase the research products in your order for a legitimate laboratory or research purpose. Provide accurate contact, organization, and delivery information.
Your acknowledgment does not establish purchaser eligibility or approve an order. XO Labs USA may request institutional credentials or professional authorization relevant to an order. Required purchaser review and approval must be completed before dispatch. Creating an account, receiving wholesale pricing, or submitting payment does not by itself complete that review.
4. Orders and payment
Use only the payment methods and instructions displayed for your order. Available methods can include manual payment and a hosted payment provider when offered at checkout. An order reference or payment submission confirms submission, not payment verification or approval to ship.
Order processing for shipment begins after payment has been verified and the order has been approved, including any required purchaser review. Payment verification, order approval, processing, and dispatch are separate steps. If we cannot approve or fulfill all or part of a paid order, we will notify you and refund the amount paid for the canceled, unfulfilled items and applicable charges. You do not need to make a separate request for a refund that is required by law.
5. Dispatch and delivery
Dispatch means the order has been handed to the carrier. Carrier transit time begins after dispatch and does not include payment verification, purchaser review, or order processing.
Any carrier delivery estimate is an estimate, not a guaranteed arrival date. These Terms do not promise same-day dispatch or a fixed processing time. Contact us about delivery availability, order status, delays, or a missing shipment.
If dispatch is delayed beyond the applicable shipment commitment, we will communicate the delay and any revised expected dispatch date, seek your agreement to the delay where required, and provide cancellation and refund options required by law. If you cancel unshipped items under those rights, or we cannot obtain required agreement to a delay, the canceled items and applicable charges will be refunded.
6. Cancellations, returns, and order problems
Contact us promptly to request cancellation or to report damaged, incorrect, or missing items. Include your order number and a description of the issue, with photographs if relevant. Do not send products back without return instructions.
Cancellation and return requests depend on the order status and the issue reported. Except for refunds or other remedies required by law, a request is not approval of a return, replacement, credit, or refund. We will review the circumstances and communicate the available resolution, including any return instructions and any refund method and timing. Carrier or payment-provider processing may affect completion time without changing our applicable obligations.
These Terms and the Return & Refund Policy do not exclude rights that apply under applicable law.
7. Information and contact
Read the Privacy Policy for information about account, order, payment-proof, application, contact, and website data. A required Terms acknowledgment is separate from any optional marketing preference.
Use the Contact page for questions about these Terms, an order, or a policy request. Include an order reference when relevant, but do not send passwords, full payment-card details, or unrelated sensitive information.
