All Sales Are Final
For safety, quality control, and regulatory reasons, all peptide and research products are considered final sale and are not eligible for return or refund once shipped.
Damaged, Incorrect, or Missing Items
If you receive an order that is damaged during transit, incorrect, or missing items, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@xolabsusa.com.
Please include:
- Order number
- Photos of the package and product
- Description of the issue
After review, XO Labs USA may, at its sole discretion:
- Replace the product
- Issue store credit
- Provide a refund if appropriate
Shipping Delays
XO Labs USA is not responsible for carrier delays, weather events, or shipping interruptions once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier. However, we will work with customers to help resolve delivery issues whenever possible.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled only before they have been processed and shipped. Once an order has been fulfilled or shipped, cancellations cannot be accepted.
Refund Processing
If a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days depending on your financial institution.
